Christina Tymony
Christina is an HR Professional with over 10 years of experience working in Benefits, Learning & Development and most recently, Recruiting. For the last few years, she has been focused on designing and leading DEI Recruiting Programs. She brings to this conversation prior experience steering the office launch of a Black ERG and sitting on the ERG's leadership team as Co-Founder.

Gino Ramos
Gino Ramos is the Senior Manager of Equality Programs at Salesforce where he is responsible for employee engagement and activating over 65,000 employees to join us on this journey to #EqualityForAll.
Gino is the Co-Founder and Advisor to Outforce, Salesforce's second Employee Resource Group (ERG), focused on allies in the diversity of sexual orientation and gender identity. Outforce currently has over 6,000 employees across the globe in over 25 locations and growing.
In his 12-year career at Salesforce, he has worked in Procurement and Legal Operations. Before Salesforce, Gino spent five years at Bank of America.

Jeanette Melgarejo
I am a human-centered problem solver and big-picture seeker, an equity centered designer, a collaborator, and a committed change-maker exploring creative and meaningful solutions with impact. I lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Recruiting at Clif Bar where we are designing more inclusive hiring practices, encouraging authentic engagement with underrepresented groups, and growing the representation of BIPOC folks across the organization. I lead as a co-chair for our first Latinx Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Clif Bar, called Clif Contigo (Spanish for 'with you').
I am the daughter of Mexican immigrants and incredibly proud of this identity, I work to leverage the social identities that often provide me privilege to uplift others.
